TailSafe LLC Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the TailSafe First Aid Kit Giveaway (“Giveaway”), sponsored by TailSafe LLC (“Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of TailSafe LLC are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on June 30, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 14, 2025 (“Entry Period”). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

 

Limit one entry per email address unless otherwise stated. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

​

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a PetVet Dog First Aid Kit (Approximate Retail Value: $99). The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on July 15, 2025. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner may be selected.

6. Shipping

The prize will be shipped to a U.S. address provided by the winner. TailSafe LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments or for incorrect addresses provided by the winner.

7. Privacy

By entering the Giveaway, you agree to receive email communications from TailSafe LLC regarding this Giveaway and future updates. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless TailSafe LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
